  • Thursday, July 6th 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: NYC Department of Housing, Preservation and Development is holding a community resource fair in Bronx Community Board 3 with various other city agencies. More here.
  • Friday, July 7, 12 p.m.: The Public Housing Preservation Trust, a new entity formed as part of NYCHA’s most recent rescue and repair plan, will hold its first board meeting and public hearing. More here.
  • Monday, July 10, 11 a.m. The City Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchise will meet; the agenda has not yet been finalized. More here.
  • Tuesday, July 11, 9:30 a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission is holding a public hearing regarding various properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan. More here.
  • Tuesday, July 11, 3 to 8 p.m.: The NYC Commission on Human Rights will teach people about fair housing and provide resources. More here.
  • Wednesday, July 12, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) will hold a “climate ready buildings” training for building owners and designers, focused on resilient and high performance design strategies in affordable housing. More here.
