Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:

  • Monday, Nov. 14 at 1 p.m.: Community Service Society of New York will hold a virtual in-depth discussion about social housing policy in New York City, the topic of a recent report from the organization. More here.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 9:30 a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission is holding a public meeting with respect to properties in The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. More here.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: The New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) will hold a hearing virtually and at the U.S. Custom House auditorium, to collect public testimony on DHCR’s new proposed regulations for rent stabilized apartments. More here.

NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries Ending Soon:

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week.
