- Monday, Sept. 23 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Aging will meet regarding a bill that would require a study about the needs of older New Yorkers living in naturally occurring retirement communities (NORCs). More here.

- Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Immigration will hold an oversight hearing on the mayoral administration’s compliance with Local Law 30 of 2017, which sets requirements for city agencies around the providing of language and interpretation services. More here.

- Monday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Housing and Buildings will hold an oversight hearing on the city’s Third Party Transfer Program, which puts financially and physically distressed properties and under the control of a third party for rehabilitation. More here.
