- Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet related to a land-use project at 34 Morningside Ave. More here.
- Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Planning Commission will hold a review session; the agenda has not yet been posted. More here.
- Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m.: The Department of City Planning will hold a remote “Community Planning Kickoff” meeting about the city’s proposal to rezone a stretch of Atlantic Avenue in Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights for new housing and job growth. More here.
- Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m.: Tenants and Neighbors will host an “Advocacy 101” meeting for those interested in getting involved in the housing movement around the state’s rent stabilization laws. More here.
