The proposed Inwood rezoning, the fifth neighborhood rezoning to reach a final City Council vote under Mayor de Blasio, comes before the full Council on Wednesday. On Monday evening, hundreds gathered in Inwood to protests the plan. Videographer Marc Bussanich asked a few to explain why they were there.
