The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week:
- 2057 Strauss Street Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $75,429 – $156,130
- 885 Rogers Avenue, Brooklyn, for households earning between $61,715 – $187,330
- St. George Gardens, The Bronx, for households earning between $36,858 – $215,150
- 1079 Lafayette Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $72,000 – $187,330
- 2850 Webster Avenue Senior Apartments, The Bronx, for households earning up to $60,050
- 9-24 Main Avenue, Queens, for households earning between
- 540 Waverly Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $41,315 – $187,330
- 1921 Atlantic Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $16,218 – $132,400
